A little about me...

I'm a Licensed Coach in Running Fitness and I specialise in helping both new and experienced runners to get the best from their body - and mind!

 

Running has always been my main sporting passion! I have over 15 years' experience at all running levels - from competing as an international athlete at Junior Level to having to actually begin running all over again following major surgeries. Sort of been there, done that!

Away from running, I work in Financial Services in London, I follow the mighty Arsenal, and I cheer on all the big GAA and Rugby games in Ireland.
